GENERAL

This promotion will be governed by these
terms and conditions and entrants agree that they have
read and understood these terms and conditions and will
be bound by them. |

This promotion is open to UK residents (excluding Northern
Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, excluding
employees and their immediate families of Westmill Foods,
a division of ABF Grain Products Limited (the “Promoter”),
their agents, and anyone professionally connected to this
promotion. |

|
Unique promotional codes along with a 5 – 6 letter
word, can be found on promotional leaflets attached to
promotional packs of Patak’s 283g-312g jars of Pastes
and Pickles. For your chance to win a prize text the word
and code to 84433. |

|
|
If in the UK, texts will be charged at your operator’s
standard network rate. The Promoter accepts no responsibility
for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable
to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any
other reason beyond its control. Return text is proof
of entry; these texts will be paid by the Promoter. |

|
Entries must be received between 27 June 2010 and 31
December 2010. All entries must be received by midnight
31 December 2010. |

One Promotional code entitles the holder to one entry
in the Promotion. Maximum one entry per mobile number
per day. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries
will be accepted. |

Prize winners will be selected at random by computer
and will instantly be alerted by text. |

|

All decisions are at the Promoter’s absolute discretion
and are final. No correspondence will be entered into
by the Promoter. |

Winners agree to participate in further Patak’s
publicity. |

The names of winners can be obtained by
sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope marked ‘Winner’s
list’ to Patak’s Win A Car Promotion, P.O.
Box 123, Uckfield, TN22 5UZ. The final list will be available
from 31 January 2011. |

Any personal information, including without limitation,
the entrant’s name, address and telephone number
will be used solely in connection with this promotion
and as set out in these terms and conditions and will
not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose
of fulfilling the prize(s) where applicable. Any personal
information held by the Promoter in respect of this promotion
will be held on record for a short period for the purpose
of ensuring fulfillment of the promotion. |

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction
in relation to any disputes arising there from. |

PRIZES |

| There are no cash alternatives if you win
